Shoetrends.com will accept returns/exchanges within 72 hours or 3 days from which the item(s) were received. Products must be in the same condition you received them. For any further questions, please contact our customer service.
Guidelines for returns/exchanges are as follows: Must contact us first for authorization number! For shoes, please place them back in its original shoebox and package it in a separate shipping box. For apparel, please make sure to double-box as well. Note: you must also include any accessories (extra shoelaces, key chains, retro cards, etc.) in the shipping box.
Returns will be processed on the day upon receiving your package. There will be a processing period (2-3 business days). Once processing period is finalized your refund will immediately be returned to your account.
